Dorayaki  (銅鑼焼き) is a Japanese sweet make with favourful pancake and a thick pile of red bean paste filling.  This home recipe is so simple to make and taste really good.!
  • 200g pastry flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 150g sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 70ml of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of soya sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon of mirin

Sift flour & baking powder for a few time and set aside. mix milk, soya and mirin a small bowl and set aside. beat egg + sugar until ribbon stage.  then add milk mixture.  quickly fold flour into the batter (remember not to overmix).

Turn on medium low heat and very lightly grease the pan and use disher to scope batter on pan.
