Pear and Plum Pie

I have been  old basic salty pastry from baking with Julia for almost 10 years and this has never failed me.

The filling was just 3 plums + 1 pear with lemon juice and lemon zest.  One can really put together this pie in less than 30 minutes once you have prepared the pie dough.
