• 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1 cup of green tea & soy bean flour 1/4 cup of AP flour  (or you can use 1 1/4 AP flour + 2 tablespoon of macha powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 egg
  • 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 1 green tea and 1 earl grey tea bag
  1. Soften butter in room temperature
  2. Shift green tea soy lour, AP flour, baking powder and add loose tea leaves from two tea bag and set aside
  3. Cream butter with sugar until a little fluffy and well mixed, then add honey
  4. Gradually add 1/2 egg (lightly beaten)
  5. Gradually stir in green tea flour
  6. Finally use hand & spatula to fold in white chocolate chips
  7. Bake in 350F oven for 10 minutes
