• 1 cup of butter
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 1/3 + 1/4 cup of light brown sugar
  • 2 cups of AP flour
  • 1 1/2 cup of rolled oat
  • 1/2 cup of coconut
  • 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of raisin & candied ginger
  • 1 egg + 1/8 cup of egg whites
  • 3 tablespoon of water
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla

With stand-mixer cream butter + sugar.  add water & egg gradually.  then add in the flour.  use hand to mix in the rest of the ingredients. Bake 9 min in 350F oven.
