Japanese Cheesecake

This is a really great and easy to follow recipe.  I found the detail steps and tips extremely useful.  Here is mainly the translation of the ingredients and basic step for future reference for myself
8″ inches
  • cream cheese 200g
  • milk 138g
  • unsalted butter 43g
  • cake flour 26g
  • corn starch 14g
  • egg yolks 4
  • egg white 4
  • granulate sugar 86g
  • cream of tar tart 1/4 teaspoon — but i skip that

follow the steps from pictures.  baking in hot bath for 170c for first 15-20 mins, then turn down the heat to 150c and continue to bake for 40 more minutes.
