• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt1 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter, softened  ( I substituted with 40% lard, 60 % butter)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla2 eggs1 (12-ounce) package (2 cups) white baking chips
Bake in  350°F oven for 9 to 11 minutes or until centers are set. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets.
