Victorian Milk Bread

but here is my modified ingredients list
– 1/2 lukewarm water
– 2 tps dry active yeast
– 3/4 cup of milk
– 1/4 cup of whipping cream
– 1 tbps of dry milk
– 1 tbps of sugar (can and should reduce to 1 tps as per recipe)
– a heavy pinch of salt
– 3 1/2 cup of all purpose
bake for 45 mins in 400F oven
