Thanks sooo much for Sandra’s recipe.  Wow, this recipe is really easyto make.  Unfortunately, my result is not as moist as hers.  I guess it should be my pan size and baking time. Instead of baking in 8×8 square pan, i devide the batter into two 8" round cake pan.  I think the resule maybe better if I use two 6" round pan.  Already reduced baking time to 25 min but probably 20 min would be enough…
