Ok.. see if I can translate those tips.  My chinese steam bun is always very wrinkly.  Here maybe the causes…

  • did not knead to smooth consistency
  • need to knead evenly?!
  • temperature too (the steaming or rising leh?)

搓既問題多啵~
雖然似係發酵時間唔夠問題
但多數都係你搓到未軟滑~
搓時要連貫~仲要注意溫度問題喎
佢講左好多野…但太快我記唔切 一_一
所以柑話最好返黎香港時學~~~ />_<;

發酵時間唔夠~不過可能性未必咁大~
最有可能係你未搓好啵~
應該搓時切開佢睇下切口仲有無孔係度
