Actually not too hard to make, followed a Japanese recipe and when in doubt, double check ingredients and steps from this Chinese site: http://www.leisure-cat.com/frm_1160.htm

Things that can improve:

  • pipe the lady fingers  a bit more apart, just barely touching
  • increase the ingredient of cream base for my pan (mine is taller than normal)
  • need more colourful fruit.. cherry actually does not look good enough
