At 13.2 per cent, the riding has the province’s sixth-highest percentage of residents with less than a Grade 9 education. The population here is extraordinarily diverse, with B.C.’s third-highest percentage of immigrants (58.7), second-highest percentage of visible minorities (71), and seventh-highest percentages of ethnic Chinese (47.3) and South Asians (15.2).
